TEPE ALARM MONITORING CENTER SERVICES
The Tepe Alarm Monitoring Center (AMC) is a newly developing concept in Turkey. The alarm systems installed in homes and businesses call the AMC in the case of an alarm and warn these operators and enable law enforcement agencies, fire departments and health units to intervene in the event according to the alarm type (burglary, fire, health etc.).

It is very important to accurately confirm the alarm incoming to the AMC in the shortest period. TEPE’s expert operators at the AMC who have received training in this field put all the incoming alarms through an effective assessment process and prevent law enforcement agencies from going to the scene in case it is unnecessary.

The TEPE Alarm Monitoring Center commenced service on 25.11.2002 with the “Alarm Center Establishment and Monitoring Certificate” and “Alarm System Installation Certificate issued by the Ministry of Interior, General Directorate of Security and approved by the Ankara Governor’s Office.

The TEPE AMC provides service 365 days /24 hours. All our operators have received communicational training and are specialized in technical topics.  The element providing us as TEPE AMC a competitive advantage is that in case of an alarm and when necessary, our private security units (manned security) are deployed to the scene together with general law enforcement agencies though it is not a liability under the scope of the content of the Law numbered 5188 on “Private Security Services”.

At TEPE AMC all telephone calls between our clients, law enforcement agencies and our company’s private security personnel are continuously recorded on computer and these records are saved for a period of six months. 

 

 

 

 

 

  Confidentiality is the fundamental principle at the Alarm Monitoring center. No procedure is performed without receiving a password from the officials.
  According to the request from the client, if the system’s setting-close down hours are specified, those who enter outside of these hours are submitted in the form of a report. Or if no setting-close down is performed within those hours, a reminding call is made to the client.

  If requested, the client is provided regular reports on whom and when the system has been set or closed by everyday.
  The regular activation of the system each day is checked with incoming signals. If a problem is determined, it is immediately taken onto the fault list and technical teams are directed
  If our client has forgotten to set-close down, in line with their request, the system is operated through remote connection.
  The Alarm Monitoring Center Operators remind clients who do not set the system by calling them at specific intervals.
  When an alarm (Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, Gas alarm) is received, the official is called and in line with their request, law enforcement forces or the fire department are directed to the scene.
