Which criteria are required when hiring as a private security guard?
The following are the qualifications necessary for those who are to be hired in the permanent service position in our corporation and who shall work under the scope of the law numbered 5188;
- Being a Turkish citizen,
- Being at least a high school or equivalent school graduate,
- Preferably being between the ages of 20-28 for males and 18-26 for females,
- Having completed military service for men,
- Preferably having a height of at least 1.64 cm for females and 1.75 cm for males. Having a height weight difference of (-10) for males and (-8) for females,
- Having proper human relations, manner of addressing, and diction,
- Not being restricted from public rights,
- Not having a mental or physical disorder preventing work and a disability,
- Having a Private Security Identification Card according to law numbered 5188

The candidate, who has a satisfactory interview and is in conformity with the conditions with the related Duty Instructions in the Management System, is brought together by the Official of the concerned department (Regional manager/Operation Manager/ Operation Chief) by the HR Department. The list of documents required from those who are going to be employed shall be given to the candidate considered to be suitable and with the completion of these documents it is included in the company portfolio.
