The Human Resources Coordination Office of Tepe Defense and Security Systems Industry Inc. Actually commenced operation in October, 2008. The fields of operation of our coordination Office, which previously used to operate with the title of the Directorate of Human Resources and Personnel Affairs, has been extended after this date.

Our company operates in the service sector. As the basically provided service is security, the basic resource is humans and it is necessary for this resource to be in compliance with the Tepe Group mission. It operates in order to select personnel who can work in harmony with the current personnel of the company and according to the demands of businesses we provide service to.

The Company has constituted its Human Resources policy in line with Bilkent Holding values. According to our policy, in the selection of personnel for our company emphasis is put on persons who have a manner of thought which is contemporary and in line with the Ataturkist way of thinking, who are open to innovation and change, energetic, aim to develop themselves and the system and who are specialized, profound, skilled and experienced in relation to situations they encounter.

The level of education and occupational competency required for each of the current duties in our company have been determined with the terms of reference and assignment is carried out according to the wage scale.
