As a company which is aware of its responsibilities to environment, society and its employees and a leader in its sector in terms of technology and quality, our policy is to meet the satisfaction of our customers by providing them products and services beyond their expectations. In this direction our purpose is, To increase our efficiency by working within the framework of cooperation and trust that will ensure quality, environmental awareness and labor security with our suppliers whom we deliver products and services, to direct towards the better and right by continuously evaluating all of our activities in a systematic and orderly manner in all activity areas and service units. Within the scope of our work, we promise to managing processes, taking into account the opinions of our employees about all environmental, occupational health and safety, to comply with all relevant legal requirements, to prevent environmental impacts, pollution, accident risks and to ensure continuousimprovement. Ensuring the continuity of the Integrated Management System is the common duty and future of all of us as employees of the company.
ABOUT US
Tepe Defence and Security started its activities in 1993 as a private security organization within Bilkent Holding in order to meet the private security needs of the holding and its subsidiaries and has become a incorporated company in 1997. Since the main focus of service is an important responsibility of “providing safety of life and property” from the first day on, Tepe Defence and Security has always cared about quality in order to provide an over-the-top service to its clients. With this perspective, Tepe Defence and Security, holder of Private Security Company Official License and Private Security Training Institution License granted by Ministry of Interior; also has ISO 9001 Quality Certificate granted by authorized accreditation company, authorized as Recognized Security Organization (RSO) for Seaports and ships granted by Undersecretariat of Maritime, Service Qualification Certificate granted by Turkish Standards Institution and has a Facility Security Certificate granted by Ministry of National Defense.

The need for security in the developing world has now become a concept that every field needs. Since technology is very much in our lives, the solutions presented are even more digitalized. In our country, we continue our activities with more than 15 thousand staff in 81 provinces of Turkey with the experience and devotion we received from Bilkent Holding as a hill defense of 100 percent Turkish capital, which successfully represented the private security sector in our country and founded from a visionary perspective 30 years ago.
As Tepe Defense and Security, we are safely mentioned in the sector with our 30 years of experience. We strive to maintain social responsibility activities at the highest level in order to contribute to the quality of sustainable life. Thus, we contribute effectively to the social and economic development of our country.
In every service we offer, we aim to increase their satisfaction by producing 360 degree security solutions within the scope of the requests and suggestions of our stakeholders. In our “Digital Transformation” journey we started in 2019; Our most important principles were among our most important principles to strengthen the occupational safety of our customers, to reduce operation costs, to provide high capacity information infrastructure, to accelerate and simplify processes by efficiently outsourcing. We prepare all the projects we have developed within the scope of digital transformation by inspiring these principles. Thus, in line with the needs of our customers, we strengthen our leading position in the sector by applying different solutions to the digital age.
We have been growing up as a family that has been devoted with devotion for 30 years. We are carrying out efforts to ensure that our employees, who are individuals of the Tepe Family, to continue their careers most accurately and effectively and improve themselves. In this context, we allow them to have knowledge of both professional and current issues through the “Tepe Academy” platform we have implemented. Thanks to the “Satisfaction Surveys” that we organize at regular intervals, we make measurements on whether all opportunities are applied equally to our employees.

To meet the private security needs of both public and private institutions, in accordance with the law numbered 5188, with security guards who are trained, equipped with modern equipment, carefully determined criteria and are an indispensable element of security; to be able to perform the private security and protection duties given in the law in order to assist the general law enforcement officers in security and public order issues and to protect private property; to train Security Officers, having technical and tactical knowledge, high business discipline, professional and general culture, believing in the rule of law, respecting human rights, adopting a modern and dynamic thinking system, adapting to developing technologies, comprehending their authorities and application styles; being aware of its responsibilities towards the environment, society and its employees, in terms of technology and quality, our policy as a leading company in its sector is to provide satisfaction to our customers by offering products and services above their expectations.

In this context, Tepe Savunma ve Güvenlik Sistemleri Sanayi A.Ş. has formed its Human Resources Management policy in line with Bilkent Holding values, and in personnel selection, candidates; It has determined a policy that gives importance to people who are contemporary, in line with Atatürkist thinking, open to innovations and change, have entrepreneurial ability, energetic, aiming to improve themselves and the system, experts in their field, knowledge, skills and experience.

All our employees are supported to maximize their individual talents and capabilities. Our goal is to keep our organizational structure dynamic and be ready for changes in line with our company policy and goals. We adopt an all-time improvement approach in order to use our human resources in the most efficient way possible and lead human resources in line with the company goals of management power. Since our management notion is based on “RESPECT TO PEOPLE” all employees use their right for expression and receive information. For this, we put special importance in the efficacy of internal communication and monitor employee perspective through individual and group meetings. In order to increase employee satisfaction, Human Resources Coordinator and their personnel conducts visits to field, and reports the results to Top Management.
