We continue our work as the first company in security sector that supports digital transformation in Turkey.

We are centralizing all our operational communication system in a single platform with our work on Operation Information Systems (OIS). With this, we intend the speed up the process management and make it more sustainable and target thee strengthen the bond of trust with our clients through our accessibility and transparency principles.

We came together with our trust partners who have been with us over the last quarter century in our “Sharing Trust” Conference conducted on February 12th. The conference started with an impressive opening video, and hosted many important talks and topics about the future of our sector.

As Tepe Defense and Security, there is a trust-based bond between our brand and our business partners, between our brand and the public, and between more than 13.000 colleagues and the company. In the story of our campaign, we were inspired by this connection we have established for 28 years.

Our colleagues worked in an all-day workshop “Our bond is strengthening with innovative ideas” where they were trained on idea generation, production, bringing to life and marketing.

They gave their presentation in front of the jury and the winners received their awards. Once again, we congratulate all the winners.

We conducted the first Hackathon – “idea marathon” event in our sector on June 22-23rd with the aim of “strengthening our bonds with ideas.” We sincerely thank all the participants of the contest which was open to everyone in order to bring in new ideas and projects to our company and sector in general.

Autism is a developmental difference, not a deficiency! We are aware of autism, hence brought online education portal into life in order to facilitate their life on 2 April 2020.
