“Authorized Economic Operator Certificate (YYS)” which has an international validity in our country, was created in order to facilitate import and export operations. YYS allows companies which have proven their reliability and comply with the requirements of certain legislations to complete their import and export customs procedures as fast as possible. Companies holding YYS certificate require their business partners and suppliers to provide the same conditions.
One of the most important requirements for European Commission Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is “Supply Chain Security” conditions. Hence, ISO 28000 series is fundamental to AEO requirements.
Within the context of Authorized Economic Operator Certificate (YYS/AEO), personnel training holds importance as well.
