"Tepe Defense and Security Systems Industry Inc. has developed its understanding of private security required by today's and future needs with its resources, international connections, customer-focused target policies, and trained expert staff and aims to improve its existing system accordingly." In this context, Tepe Defense and Security Systems Industry Inc. has created its Human Resources Management policy in line with the values of Bilkent Holding and has established a policy that values candidates who are contemporary, adhere to Atatürkist thought, are open to innovation and change, have entrepreneurial skills, are energetic, aim to improve themselves and the system, and have expertise, knowledge, skills, and experience relevant to the position they are considered for.

Tepe Defense and Security Systems Industry Inc. carries out personnel management in accordance with all legal requirements and Bilkent Holding principles while also considering the satisfaction and fulfillment of all its employees. All our employees are supported to develop their personal abilities to the fullest extent possible. Our goal is to keep our organizational structure dynamic and ready for changes in line with company policy and objectives. An approach of continuous improvement and development has been adopted to ensure the most effective and efficient use of our human resources and to guide human resources in line with company goals. Thus, it is possible to always provide our employees with a professional working environment.

Since our management approach is based on "RESPECT FOR PEOPLE," all employees have the right to express themselves and acquire information. For this purpose, special emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of internal communication, and employee perceptions are monitored through individual or group meetings. To increase employee satisfaction, the Human Resources Coordinator and affiliated personnel visit the field and report the results to the Top Management.
