In this context, Tepe Savunma ve Güvenlik Sistemleri Sanayi A.Ş. has formed its Human Resources Management policy in line with Bilkent Holding values, and in personnel selection, candidates; It has determined a policy that gives importance to people who are contemporary, in line with Atatürkist thinking, open to innovations and change, have entrepreneurial ability, energetic, aiming to improve themselves and the system, experts in their field, knowledge, skills and experience.
