What is the MMPI Test?

The MMPI Test, short for the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, is a test designed to objectively assess an individual's personal and social adjustment. It is the most widely used test in assessing mental health.

Why is the MMPI Test So Important?

The significance of the MMPI Test lies in its ability to provide insights into personality traits and psychological issues in an easy and objective manner. Research has shown that one of the easiest and most objective ways to understand your personality traits and whether you have psychological problems is by administering the MMPI personality test. The MMPI Test, also known as the Minnesota Personality Inventory, is considered the most reliable personality test both in Turkey and internationally. Developed as a personality inventory and personality analysis test, it is designed to determine personality traits objectively. The test questions were developed in the United States and adapted to Turkey by professors as the MMPI Test. Its high reliability and very low margin of error help us in selecting and continuing to employ special security personnel for critical tasks.

This test is considered the world's only and most reliable scientific personality test.

What Evaluation Process Do We Follow?

Application Areas: The MMPI is not just a test to measure whether there is illness or psychological problems. It can also determine the general personality traits of the individual. While this inventory can be applied to everyone, armed security personnel carry heavier responsibilities and face greater risk factors. Therefore, we use it to assess both new hires and existing employees for suitability and to identify areas for development.

Additionally, we aim to assist in making decisions and evaluations for improving and diversifying service quality by ensuring that employees are assigned appropriate roles.

Who Do We Apply It To?

With a quarter-century of experience, as a leading company in the sector, we are moving towards being a sector leader in Risk Analysis, Audit, and Education besides Physical Security. We conduct classroom training, counseling, one-on-one interviews, and administer the latest personality tests with expert company psychologists for armed/unarmed private security guards as well as all blue/white-collar personnel you can think of.
